Electronic gift certificates will be issued automatically via email once the order is placed.  What if the email notification was deleted or lost by mistake? If you need the Gift Certificate email to be resent, please contact our customer service and we will resend the "You've received a Gift Certificate" email to the email address provided. How Recipients Redeem Gift Certificates Once the order is placed, an automatic email with the gift card will be sent to your email with the gift card code.  To redeem a gift certificate, copy paste the gift card code at checkout.
