Not only is it robust, durable, and water-resistant, but the beauty and elegance of the oak, which is neither too heavy nor too light, makes it the ideal wood for wooden swords. The tip has been made blunt to keep the practitioners safe during partner training. Being slightly longer than a regular Bokuto, you get a greater training benefit to your coordination and feeling.
